This property exceeded all our expectations of a mid-range hotel in Dhaka. The room was exceedingly comfortable, the team wonderful, and the food excellent.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room is amazing and the overall ambiance is very modern but warm. When you go for breakfast, the staff are very friendly and and helpful, especially Dheeman, Sanjida, Zubaire, and Pronoy. And, at the reception, I personally would like to thank Ms. Mia for helping me out during our check-in and being so nice whenever we see each other, she is very professional. Everyone looks so pleasing and will go out ifbtheir way just to provide comfort for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel when you cone to Dhaka. Thank you Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. You were all excellent!

The staff is excellent, extremely hospitable and professional. The breakfast was varied and extremely tasty. Kudos to the chefs, but also to the waiters. The hotel is very well located. Not far from shopping malls in Gulshain and Banani, which you can walk to. Also, it is not very far from the airport, approx. 20 minutes drive. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff were very attention and even offered to give me a ride to the airport, which was needed. The bathroom is really nice, I like the glass wall separating the shower from the bedroom . The breakfast was amazing every day.

Featuring free WiFi, buffet breakfast, fitness centre and an indoor swimming pool, Platinum Grand is set in Dhaka, 500 metres from Banani Railway Station. Tasty and had a good variety of food. Staffs are very friendly and responsive.
