Upon arrival I was provided guidelines towards keeping safe in the city. After checking in, I was shown all the rooms to verify that the room booked was best for me. On my first full day, the hotel organised a staff member to spend the day with me, show me around, and teach me the way of life in Dhaka where they just asked for a tip. A shout out has to go towards the owner and chef. The owner provides the highest degree of security and service, I have never seen such great service. The chef was always around to talk and made the stay feel like I was a guest of their home rather than just a hotel. I will come back and I highly recommend others to come.

I really like the location. It's so close to the airport, which saved me time for my next flight. Mr. Saurav received me from the airport and was a helpful boy. I had booked the hotel for one night but ended up extending for additional days because their services were simply superb. The Driver came to the Airport to pick me up. The Hotel Manager Md Abdullah kept in touch with me via WhatsApp before the start of the journey and kept on assuring me that I will have a nice stay in the Hotel plus I will be picked up from the Airport and he was right. EXCELLENT Hotel, Exceptional Services, Staff Members are out of the world - I thank you ALL the Staff of Blue Castle. God Bless you all !!!
