This hotel was extremely family friendly, from the rooms to the public spaces which included.free to use playroom, arcade and cartoon viewing cinema. The theming was so well done, we were fortunate to get a Smurf themed room. We opted out of breakfast and didn't try the restaurant, but the food looked really good. Staff went out of their way to provide advice about where to go and what to see. Very convenient to Bruxelles-Midi train station.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Every day, they gave us clean towels, soaps and emptied the trash cans. Very simple room with an old furniture, but is ok for short stay.
