Very nice and comfortable place. Close proximity to metro and has many restaurants and bars in the area. Apartment was exactly like on the pictures, enough space, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is terrific - next to Place Jourdan and Park Leopold. My two kids could use a playground directly across the street and a bigger one with a sandbox at Park Leopold. There are public transport options nearby and it takes about 30 min to walk to the tourist center. The apartment is new and comfortable with space to spread out in and not feel cramped.

The apartment is excellently located in the walking distance from the underground station Montgomery and train station Merode, very close to the centre of Etterbeek with a lot of shops, restaurants and cafés and around 15 minutes by tram from the Brussels' tram museum in Woluwe (which was quite important for us :) ). The host Vadim was very helpful and attentive. The flat itself in rather smaller apartment house was light and comfortable and by and large exceeded our expectations. It is also suitable for holiday with kids (as we are an example of that). We especially appreciated to have a small Brio railwork, other toys and crayons provided by Vadim which helped us to have fun even during rather rainy days. If we come to Brussels again, cozy 2 bedroom apartment will be definitely among our first choices.
