Van der Valk Hotel Gent is a stone's throw from the city centre, close to both the E17 and E40 motorways. I booked a room for the night so I could propose to my now fiance, so the room being way bigger then expected was really appreciated.

Residence Inn Ghent by Marriott has fitness centre, a bar and shared lounge in Ghent. Featuring a garden, the property is located within 3.2 km of Sint-Pietersstation Gent. Breakfast was great, studio was very clean and up to date. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Campanile Hotel & Restaurant Gent is located just off E17 Motorway, 5 km from the historical centre of Ghent. It offers an à la carte restaurant, a bar and a terrace. ALL WENT WELL Nice hotel and room. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. FREE CAR PARKIING. Room was clean and well taken care of. All services and equipment worked good. Small restaurant with good food. Bus transportation immediately outside the property. If you rather the TRAM is about 15-20 minutes walk near by. Both are good and get you to Ghent Central station.
