Staff were happy, attentive and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The entrance lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and styled well, with 24 hrs hot coffee/hot chocolate/cold drink self serve with something to eat with it.

The breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect, very nice staff, beautiful hotel, the pool, and jacuzzi inside were perfect too, and the access for the kids parking outside was great!

An indoor pool and sauna, a spacious lounge with a fireplace and air-conditioned rooms with cable TV can be found at this modern hotel. Lake Negro is only 1.5 km away. Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Very friendly. Kitchen staff, Maria helped find the gluten-free food. She went so far as to make fresh pancakes for us. Breakfast layout was incredible.
