Icaraí Praia Hotel is strategically located only 20-metres from Icaraí Beach, and a 5-minute drive from downtown Niteroi. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast was also really good. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel plays with simplicity and practicality which I would say are their strengths: simple, easy to navigate, friendly, good food, good location, clean. So the hotel ticks all those boxes.

The hosts are super responsive and welcoming. They prepared the place well to accommodate us and were ready to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They also welcomed feedback and are making improvements to the place. Do reach out to them if you need anything. The building staff was super friendly and helpful, too. Apartment is well equipped for a short stay and relatively well maintained. It's located at the back of the building, so it is very quiet and away from all the street noise (the downside is that the view is not great). The location is central and close to supermarkets and restaurants (you may not even need your car for anything).
