To the beach 300 metres (the description says 20 metres, but in reality more, because you have to cross the road at the crossing, and it is 150 metres + to the water another 100 metres). The room is spacious, internet is good. Set in Niterói, 1 km from Icarai Beach and 1.3 km from Sao Francisco Beach, Apartamento especial- Icarai Niterói offers a garden and air conditioning. The hosts are super responsive and welcoming. They prepared the place well to accommodate us and were ready to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They also welcomed feedback and are making improvements to the place. Do reach out to them if you need anything. The building staff was super friendly and helpful, too. Apartment is well equipped for a short stay and relatively well maintained. It's located at the back of the building, so it is very quiet and away from all the street noise (the downside is that the view is not great). The location is central and close to supermarkets and restaurants (you may not even need your car for anything).
