Loved Debora at the front desk, not only is she friendly, she’s also attentive even during people checking in and out en masse all day every day. All the other staff are great too, most understood basic English but would definitely help if you speak Spanish or Portuguese

Personalul de la recepție foarte amabil ,fetele și băieții sunt de nota 10, ne au ajutat cu multe indicații , sunt foarte drăguți. Wi fi ul mergea foarte bine în tot hotelul.

This hotel was amazing! Right in city, walking distance to everything, inc carnival parties and sumbadrone. The food was the best in Brazil and prices rediciously cheap considering. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Pool was lovely and closed by 10 pm.

Américas Granada Hotel has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Rio de Janeiro. Staff were super friendly and service was great except when the pool bar is open it is almost impossible to get anything from the restaurant. It took 40min to get a Coca Cola up from the downstairs restaurant. They should just say “no service at the pool” and I would’ve got it myself. Other than that a great value stay.
