Hospedaria Santo André har ett perfekt läge i området Perdizes i São Paulo, 14 minuters promenad från Allianz Parque, 3,4 km från Memorial da América Latina och 4,1 km från Estádio do Pacaembu. I stayed there twice (so it means, it is good enough to go back :-) ). I appreciate the location, very convenient to avenues and highways but still with restaurants & cafés close to walk. It is also quit, a PLUS in Sao Paulo.

Transamérica Executive Perdizes features a rooftop scenic pool and a restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is served daily. Transamerica was my choice due to its proximity to Allianz Parque since the main reason for my trip to São Paulo was the Twice concert. It's not that close to a metro station (20-minute walk). However, it's perfect if you are attending an event at Allianz. In addition to location, another prerequisite for me comes with an office space. I work and study remotely, so that's a must. The room also has many sockets. It's essential nowadays, as we carry notebooks, cell phones, power banks, and so on. The breakfast offers variety, with replacements all the time, natural juices, and full of vegetarian options. And the service at reception was so warm, I felt at home. :)
