From the lovely letter on arrival, though to the option to have oat milk in our morning coffee's - there was so much consideration and thought put into making our stay incredibly comfortable. The Hotel room, facilities, staff and breakfast were all amazing! Would absolutely stay if we were visiting the city again :)

Excellent location in downtown, it was very close to everything (subway, tourist attractions, many nice restaurants). Hotel room was clean, bed was huge and comfortable. Staff in this hotel was friendly.

It was very convenient to move around because it was in the center of every downtown. I was satisfied with the cozy morning and the staff were very friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, so it was always good while I was using them.
