The staff were super friendly and helpful - they went to extra effort to ensure you were happy and receiving great service. Our pleasure to mention Handra, the frontdesk agent who is tirelessly helping every guest in house. Drinks in the lobby are very tasty and refreshing and healthy too!! The rooms were great! Clean (I have high standards for this) and the beds were very comfy. Also their digital doorknob had an optional extra lock on them which was useful. I hope to return to again, I will definitiely book to stay with Cassandra Hotel!

Yoyo is friendly, warm-hearted, and replies our questions in time. We and our two cats are satisfied with the facilities, cleanliness and comfort that Yoyo's lodge has provided, and we were surprised that we had almost everything we need to stay for our first two weeks in Vancouver. Besides, the community is quiet, clean and friendly with a convenient location near main street, so we could easily buy groceries from the markets nearby. What we like most is the great view from our bedroom on the second floor, that we could enjoy both sunshine and snow.

They are friendly and respectful. The room is spacious and I have never been to such a clean accommodation. I only took the bus, which takes approx 30 mins to downtown. I can absolutely recommend!

We had free street parking and it's in a quite neighborhood. Huge park across the street for my daughter to play at. Place was super clean and modern.
