Located in the center of Bern, Hotel National is only a 5-minute walk from the Main Train Station. Guests can dine in the restaurant and make use of free Wi-Fi. Loved this hotel. The location was excellent; close to the train station and the Old City. Trams & buses were seconds away. The room was comfortable & spacious - so nice to finally have space to open a suitcase - leave it accessible & even to unpack. The hotel had several common areas where you could hang out. The front desk sold postcards & stamps, as well as water. We had a corner room overlooking the street below, which gave us a great view of the hustle & bustle outside. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Breakfast was included and was well stocked with coffee/tea, breads, yogurts, fruit, eggs (soft or hard boil), cheeses, fresh squeezed orange juice, and more. The staff was very friendly and helped direct us to our follow-up Covid tests.

The hotel is very nice. It is 10-15 min walk from the city centre and also easily accessed by tram number 3, there is a stop right next to the hotel. The staff was helpful, the room was very clean and warm. I would definitely recommend and it is great value for money.

Bruna was super helpful, giving flexibility on parking the luggage before check in and check out, showing me around and telling me all the details of using the facilities with much warmth and patience. The apartment is a home away from home. It’s conveniently located, with the free transportation code provided, it’s very easy to get around. Will definitely stay here again when I visit next time.

With central yet quiet location in the city of Bern, Bed and Breakfast Wildrose offers spacious rooms and a free of charge full English breakfast. Free WiFi is also available on site. We had a wonderful experience at Wildrose. The house is beautiful, very clean with a lot of interesting antiques. Breakfast is healthy and delicious, prepared with great attention by the host. We received free bus tickets to explore Bern. Bus station is very close at 5 min walking and the city center is reachable in 10 min by bus. A very good location for exploring the city. We also received very good recommendation on what to visit, having only two days in Bern. I would love to come back. Many thanks for the wonderful stay that we had at Wildrose.
