Loved my stay in this little boutique hotel, everything was lovely, spotless clean comfortable room with good quality amenities, staff were welcoming and friendly, location close to central station, shopping malls and restaurants . The staff. I had a problem when I booked (I booked for another date) and the receptionist helped me so that I didn’t pay two times and I could sleep there. She was really nice. The Ukrainian man working during the night shifts was very friendly and helpful. The other one working during the day shift was slightly arrogant, but still willing to help when asked nicely.
