Family Room is spacious and clean. The property is a few meters to coop supermarket. It is also within walking distance to all Zurich sightseeing. Only 15 mins walk to Zurich HB and the famous shopping street Bahnhofstrasse. The males receptionist are friendly and helpful. Btw, i am honored to add a photo of a very helpful and kind female staff, I think she works in the kitchen, she helps us heat frozen dinner from the Coop even after our check out. Very good location with access to transport facilities. Excellent place to leave the bicycle over night. Impressive staff. The Ukrainian man working during the night shifts was very friendly and helpful. The other one working during the day shift was slightly arrogant, but still willing to help when asked nicely.
