When we arrived Abdel was at the front desk ready to check us in. Abdel was very professional checking us in and also made all are dinner reservations. All of our dinners choices he made got a 10 ! Great job ! When checking out of the Hotel Abdel walked out to our car service and personally said " Nice having you and hope to see you soon" We will be making reservations next week for a January visit to Zurich.
