The staff were great, and Francette in particular deserves a special mention for making us feel so welcome.

They deserve a rise or a promotion, they are the leaving proof of excellent customer service. The security Koné was also friendly and did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed him. Another gem is the guy offering Aqua gym lessons, he was simply amazing.
