A beautifully designed & presented resort in a quiet, peaceful location. The pool area is superb & the villa we stayed in was spotlessly clean, comfortable, & well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything guests would need for an enjoyable stay. A great feature was the automatic soft blue night lighting in the villas which illuminated the stairs & bathroom. Easy on the eyes & no worries about falling over in the dark. The owners & staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of food provided for breakfast, staff were happy to adjust if you needed a bit more of this & less of that. Completion of the on site Tapas bar & restaurant will be a welcome addition. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but the benefit of this was having the sandy foreshore & outdoor seating area pretty much to ourselves most of the time. Muri is just down the road if you want to swim in the sea & enjoy the company of others.

Boasting beautiful lagoon views from your private patio, Avana Waterfront Apartments offers guests private beach access and lovely tropical gardens. All accommodation features a fully equipped... Apartment is very spacious, big living room, batch and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. One twin and one matrimonial bedroom, the matrimonial one with a great view and balcony. Yes, it is a little run down and it may need a refreshing but everything was in good working order and mattress quality and sheets were great. Fully functional kitchen with all the utensils, spices, dish soap, etc. Great pool as the beach in front is not swimmable, too many rocks. Great use of kayaks to go to the motu just in front where the beach is just lovely. Staff very very kind and professional. A rental car is very recommended, 5 minutes drive to Muri lagoon and 10 minutes to town (Avarua). Would for sure come again, highly recommended.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Muri Beach, Tropical Sands offers accommodation with a large terrace and ocean or garden views. Enjoy free bicycle rental. The location is amazing… Steps away from a convenience store, delicious restaurant, and the best coffee and pastries on the island! The view from our villa was the absolute best part of our stay! We spent a lot of our time just lounging on our deck, watching the waves come in, and enjoying the ocean breeze! Rudy and Kanoe are exceptional hosts, and they made us feel right at home! The grounds are beautifully kept, and Kanoe’s artwork throughout the property makes it so extremely special! We loved our time at Tropical Sands, and would highly recommend it to anyone else coming to Rarotonga! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

In the Avarua district of Rarotonga, close to Matavera Beach, Absolute Beachfront - A Slice of Paradise! features a garden and a washing machine. Fantastic location Whales cruzing by every day. Halve way between excellent snorkling places but far enough away from the main tourists. Very private. We were self catering however plenty of Papaw on the trees for us to eat every day.

Nice tidy home a few minutes walk from the Caps supermarket. Perfect stay for our family of 6. We loved the nice big yard, comfy outdoor loungers and double head, tiled shower.

I loved staying at Joe and Odette’s place. You’re surrounded by greenery and can hear the ocean in the background, it’s a little slice of heaven. Wonderful communal breakfast a few times a week. Easy to get to beach, and a great burger spot and grocery store nearby. Highly recommend!

Featuring accommodation with a private pool, pool view and a patio, Mango Cottage is set in Rarotonga. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Great location, the accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. The pool was perfect for cooling off in. Tony and Liah were very kind delivering fruit and avocados to us throughout our stay. They gave us good recommendations of places to visit or dine out. It was a wonderful holiday and definitely stay there again.

Just 5 minutes' drive from shopping and dining options, Ikurangi Eco Retreat offers an onsite swimming pool and free tropical breakfast. Vicki and Alan are very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, a different experience to enjoy.
