The small staff is always so helpful and story nice (as are the owners), rooms are super quiet and super clean. The location is very close to the airport bus and other public transport. Overall the vibe there was also great. Not like a hotel more like a very big house. Never felt crowded at any point. I came back five times for all my stops in Santiago.

Set in a refurbished Patrimonial Palace, Matildas Hotel Boutique offers accommodations in Santiago. Free WiFi access is available. Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Staff at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The gentleman at the reception gave me directions for sights around Centro and provided a great check in experience. The hotel has 24 hours reception and security. I highly recommend this location too. Close to all the sights in Centro.

Located in the historical centre of the city, close to shops and restaurants, Novapark offers accommodation in Santiago de Chile. Free WiFi. Very nice, recent hôtel. Super clean and staff speak a little bit English. It's located in the Paris/Londres neighborhood which is very friendly with restaurants and bars. But the hotel is in a quite corner!

International standard toiletries provided. Staff went out of the way to have packed breakfast for us ready at 4am on the day we were leaving. Delicious large spread breakfast.
