Located just a 10-minute walk from Parque Arauco Shopping Center, Hotel Boutique Bidasoa offers accommodations in the exclusive neighborhood of Vitacura, in Santiago. Fabulous hotel in a very nice neighbourhood of Santiago. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was so good that we ate there both nights. The breakfast was also very very good with lots of options. There is underground parking, which we appreciated as it was very secure. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything. It was a lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were a very good size and well laid out. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast, outsourced to the cafe next door, was good.

I arrived early in the morning and was planning to leave my bags behind the desk and come back for my 3pm check in. But, the receptionist said my room was ready and allowed us to go ahead in as a courtesy. Usually they charge half-night rates for this kind of thing. I was really grateful and got an hour of sleep after the long flight. In general, the food at the restaurant was very good and the staff were all courteous and helpful. The area around the hotel was safe for walking and full of restaurants as well. I'm really glad I stayed here instead of an Air BNB and the price was very competitive compared to what we received.

Our room was fabulous and very quiet which we had asked for and very clean too. The breakfast for the two days we were there was exceptional as were the staff especially Natalia and the front of desk man who was very friendly and explained where everything was. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.
