All the receptionists and staffs are incredibly friendly and always passionated answering all the questions. In addition, they really helped me a lot by calling a taxi even I couldn’t use the WeChat payment, we all know how difficult it is to pay anything without having WeChat payment or Alipay in China LOL. And they also automatically gave me some suggestions for how to travel alone in Beijing, where to go and where should go even they knew that I’m leaving the next day early morning to Jiling(Northeast of China). The hospitality of the hotel was amazing so I decided to change my fly ticket to get more days going back to Beijing and stay at the same hotel “STEY” slowly and take my time to visit this beautiful city. I’ve traveled to many countries, live in Paris for a long time, traveled many times in China but only in the South of China and with friend or family, this is my first time traveling alone in China, although Mandarin is my mother tongue, still felt very nervous but they just make me feel like I’m at my second home. Like a big family, really touched me a lot. Thank you !

CHAO is awarded as the Best Urban Lifestyle Hotel by Condé Nast Traveler Gold List 2021. We liked everything. From the great architecture of the building and its artistic feeling to the rooms and the great food. The breakfast was spectacular and one of the highlights of our day. The in-house restaurant was also excellent and had a great ambience with live music.
