The room was large and clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff went out of their way to ensure that everything went smoothly during the stay. In particular, Chen Qiu Feng (Amy) was invaluable in facilitating the reservation and payment, and in making the time at World Hotel Jiaxing Hunan (in Changsha) an amazing experience. She is a gem, as is the hotel.
