We were explained how to get to West Lake. They are very nice and helpful. Sammy can speak English well. The location of the hotel is very good. Near our hotel, there are many restaurants, bakeries and shops. The walking time to the scenery West Lake from our hotel is 25 minutes. It is easy to get there on foot. The free buffet breakfast is very good, so many variety of Chinese food. Mian Hua helped us to check-out and the process was very fast. We left our luggage at the hotel and picked up later. We also borrowed two umbrellas from Mian Hua.
