Super friendly staff!! They even came to pick me up a few streets away because I was lost and did not know how to reach the place! The place is brand new, super comfy. Bed and pillows were very comfy. I loved the bathroom, well designed with a lock, a private dry area to hang clothes and change and a spacious shower with different types of shower heads and even shower gel & shampoo! The place is super well located, right across the metro station which is close to Jiang Temple (one station away)! Very nice common area with great view from the 18th floor ))

The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Twelve at Hengshan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Shanghai, Hengshan Road'da Hengshan Road metro istasyonuna 3 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde yer almaktadır. The rooom was very spacious, the bed so comfortable and the courtyard room very quiet, possible to sleep with open windows without any disturbance. Location was perfect for me, close to Shanghai Library, metro stop just in front of the hotel, direct to Shanghai railway station.
