Steps from Gongyezhanlanguan Subway Station (Line 2), Grand Hyatt Shenyang is located on Qingnian Street. The room is comfortable and m9dern, with attention to detail. Also well maintained. The location is quite good, adjacent to a commercial centre with shops, supermarket and a lot of options for dining and entertainment, and also facing Youth Park for some down time or morning jogging. A short ride to Mukden Palace ( or a 30-40 minutes walk) and the cultural sites around it.

The staff was incredibly understanding as our flight caused us to be delayed one day, and we weren't charged for the night. They took care of all of our needs with friendliness and efficiency. The hotel is located in downtown close to shopping street, which is good for evening walk and lot of restaurants also available to experience the local foods. Robots are used for the room service, which was something new to me. The breakfast was having many verities and options, however, I am being an pure Vegetarian, couldn't get much options. The restaurant staff and chef, understand my request and was very helpful to make some special dishes specific to us as much as possible. They ensured our satisfactions in the entire stay.
