Staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Deedee and May. We also received a free room upgrade to a very spacious suite. Hotel is close to a metro station for getting around the city easily.

Breakfast was sumptuous and there’s a variety of food suitable both for kids and adults. Staff there are extremely helpful especially Jones ZL who help us a lot in booking of transportation, trains and cab. Really make our stay there memorable 😊

The room was very basic, but one room had a bed on the second floor. like when you enter the room, there is a bathroom and shower, then there is a very tiny area (very uncomfortable) to set like a bor style, then there are stairs that take you to the second floor where is just a bed.
