The room was spacious with views of the sea and bay. Had some issues communicating with the staff in English, but nothing that can't be resolved

Very impressed with the Japanese Restaurant Everything else was good. Concierge. Check in. (although someone did jumped my queue) . Room was excellent. Taxi was abundance awaiting

Had a problem with the card and the staff was really helpful. They translated everything and a member accompanied my boyfriend to the nearest atm while I was sitting eating fruit and drinking tea that the staff gave. The rooms are good with a nice view and near the airport. Would stay there again. In the morning they called a cab and made a bag of breakfast to go.
