The room was nice, bed was confy shower pressure was nice, great deal for the price. The location was amazing there is everything you might need on a small store less than a block away. Staff was very polite. Also there are a lot of restaurants on the surroundings.

Room looks incredible, there is even carpet on the floor. There are a lot of additional bath/shower accessories, sadly shampoo only in sample bottles. Air conditioning works fast. Elevator is super fancy with views trough the glass and also very fast. Receptionist escorted me to my room and showed me everything, even where light switches are. It felt safe both in the hotel and outside of it. Hotel works on a very high professional level, they speak fluent English too. During my stay in Bogota I used in total 3 hotels, one 5 star and two 4 stars. This hotel, El Dorado, was probably the best of them, even exceeded my expectation compared to the 5 star I used days before.

Please note that a hotel insurance service charge of COP 10,000 per person per night will be charged. Breakfast was excellent, there's plenty to pick from and everyday they have different options. The restaurant is very nice, clean and staff very cordial.

6.5 km from Corferias International Exhibition Center, Grace Chapinero is set in Bogotá and provides free WiFi and a tour desk. Amazing experience. Room was perfect, service was great, breakfast also really good. Cool location in a vibrant neighborhood with nightclubs.

Very confortable, spacious and silent room (mine was with a view to the garden). Great location, with a lot of excellent restaurants and cafes just downstairs. An extra compliment to the hotel staff, that is not only polite, but also extremely professional in every way, including effective comunication in Booking chat. I recomend the hotel and would stay there again, for sure!

The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. My suite on the 8th floor was stunning (wasn't expecting a jacuzzi in my room). Breakfast was very tasty and plenty to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying here!!
