Great breakfast with good options, fresh fruits and local dishes. Lovely and friendly staff which helped us with tours and other issues during our stay. A special compliment to Mr. Antony, a very professional and friendly guy who was always there to support us.

I stayed in a spacious double room with a on a great bubbly street in the Historical Centre of the city (select wisely). Very clean, nice hot running water, powerful air conditioning, good Wi-Fi, WONDERFUL staff, impeccable cleaning service, a functional elevator, a restaurant and bar on the 5th floor with a rooftop and even a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. There’s also a bar on the ground floor and the entry hall looks GREAT. The staff is really the highlight sans the best part of this hotel. So friendly and helpful. You feel VERY safe in the hotel. The hotel is IN the city centre of the historical part of the city and close to many museums and the start of many touristic tours. It’s close to a port where you can take boats to beaches like Playa Blanca and Pao Pao beach. It’s also very easy to access other parts of the city from the hotel thanks to the amount of taxis you encounter. The stay comes with a breakfast buffet from 7-10. They’re always welcoming you with a warm drink and a glass of juice. You have the option for eggs (I don’t eat eggs), you can always get a plate of fruit and the special pastries change throughout the week. My absolute favourite was the carrot cake. Tasted like heaven.
