Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Costa Verde Inn offers free American breakfast and free Wi-Fi in all areas. It is 8 km from San José City Centre. This hotel was our first stop in Costa Rica. It's a little gem on the outskirts on San Jose, perfect to start your Costa Rican trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is served by the cutest lady. We didn't use the pool but that's were breakfast is served and they view was great!

Set in a residential area, next to Costa Rica Country Club, Apartotel & Suites Villas del Rio features 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub and gym. A free airport shuttle service is offered. A great surprise for me! I have been overnighting in San Jose for years but I will definitely book with them from now onwards. Safe clean spacious staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit poor but it did not matter for me because the rest was excellent. Well done to all the management and staff.

Just 5 minutes’ walk from the historic centre of Escazú, this B&B offers accommodation with free high-speed Wi-Fi and a coffee station available 24 hours a day. Nice calm area, with great room overlooking the lush garden. Short walk to the center and a couple of restaurants.
