Gave us a packed lunch the next day since we had an early flight and would miss breakfast. Helped to book cab to airport. Gave very nice and precise information about tram/ metro about traveling to different tourist spots.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The kitchen facilities of the room are adequate and handy. Bed is comfortable and clean and there is also a spacious terrace attached to our room. The location is very convenient with metro and tram stops right next to the hotel.
