This is a converted historic water tower in the centre of Cologne's Old Town. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. It’s within easy access to the city’s main attractions. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

This Novotel on the Rhine River Promenade in Cologne offers soundproofed rooms, a modern restaurant and a sauna. Veldig reint og fint, sentralt, utrolig fine rom, elsket at de hadde Rituals til såpe og sjampo i dusj og håndvask. Kjempe god frokost, hyggelig personale i frokosten, både servitører og kokkene var flinke å fylle på mat og passe på.
