Everything was very good, the staff was kind and friendly, and the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The hotel is easily accessible by both car and public transportation.

This 4-star hotel is located in the Kaiserswerth district of Düsseldorf, just 5 km from Düsseldorf Airport. All was good, in German style, rooms are new and big, all quiet, it is in a residential area with a big garden around the hotel

My crossing was delayed which meant i was unable to check in until 22:30. They were very thoughtful with the check in time, my room allocation (i brought my dog and they gave me a room with easy access) and we very considerate about my needs the following morning
