This 4-star hotel is located in Hamburg's popular St. Georg/Hohenfelde district, just 200 metres from the Alster Lake. It offers free WiFi throughout the property. The staff is very friendly! The location is perfect for me, close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very well appointed, offer good amenities and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Hamburg.

Conveniently situated in the Hohenfelde district of Hamburg, Sleephotels Alsterroom is set 2.7 km from Inner Alster Lake, 3.1 km from Dialog im Dunkeln and 3.1 km from Mönckebergstraße. The location is good and it’s just about 20 min to get to the center with metro. There is a nice playground close to the apartment. Our kids appreciate ikea toys in the kids room.

The flat is quite new with a nice and artistic layout. Very comfortable to fit three of us. Plenty of room. It's just beside the S3 train line. Convenient to get to both the airport and the central station. People can enjoy cooking cause everything you need is there. I enjoyed the mornings sitting in the kitchen with the window open, drinking tea, and reading in the fresh breeze. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Oliver offered me to sit in the garden while waiting for the room to be ready because we came early from a hiking trip. During the stay, he frequently asked if we needed help. The cleaning lady brought us shampoo and shower gel due to the shops were closed on Sundays. Everything is clean.

The location is perfect; the subway station is a 5 minute walk away. You can walk to the Hamburger Meile Shopping Center within 15 min. Rooms have a decent square footage. All appliances worked properly. Dishes and Utensils were clean and nothing was missing. The pantry in the lobby is a nice touch, if you need water, coffee etc for purchase. The wifi is excellent. The taxifare to the airport is approx. 26 Euros.
