I love that the place was clean and the triple room was spacious. hotel is easy to find and parking is free—a big plus! and even if we came late, it was easy to check in by ourselves with earlier instructions from the hotel staff.

Staff were super helpful. Food was decent and the biergarten was nice, overlooking a lake. Handy for the Messe.

Was called before arrival, greeted at arrival and again at departure. Always very friendly and was even offered a shuttle to the exhibition. As a Platinium Hilton member i wish Hilton would learn something from this owner.

This family-run hotel is situated in the heart of Laatzen-Grasdorf, just a few minutes from Hanover's convention center on the edge of the pretty nature preservation area of Leinemasch. Excellent hotel facilities. We came late, after the check-in deadline, but they organized picking the keys from the key box. The breakfast was excellent, check out was very quick and easy. Separate thank you for supporting Ukrainian people with special Ukrainian refugee rate!

This hotel is in the Laatzen district of Hanover, 984 feet from the Hannover Messe Exhibition Center. It offers 24-hour service in the spacious lobby and bar and free WiFi access. It was super easy to find, had nice signage and seating visible immediately, and was very clean and modern on the inside. The lobby was nice to sit in during downtime, and has a bar with a surprisingly wide selection of drinks. All of the staff were super kind, I don’t remember the name of the woman who checked us in, but she was very helpful. Roman was also an amazing staff member; he answered all my questions, gave me directions, and even let me charge my phone at the desk as I had lost my charger. Thank you, Roman, and all of the staff!!
