This hotel lies just a 10-minute car journey from Kassel’s centre, only a 20-minute walk from Schloss Wilhelmshöhe castle and its extensive parkland, home to the impressive Hercules monument. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff very very friendly.

This hotel in the Wilhelmshöhe district of Kassel is situated between the city centre and the historic Bergpark, just 50 metres away from the Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe intercity railway station. The hotel was ideally situated close to the station and to public transport into the city centre and the Kassel travel card provided by the hotel was an extra bonus! The location was very calm, our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a particular mention for Phil and his colleagues on the front desk who made sure that our every need was catered for. We hope to be back again soon!

Best Western Hotel Kurfürst Wilhelm I. is a comfortable city hotel located in the city centre. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel is right next to the station "Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe" and thus optimal for travelers. Staff was very friendly.

Loved how it was just down the street from Bergpark! It was an easy team ride to the Christmas Market Square! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Very strategic location as it was next to the Kassel Wilhelmshöhe train station. The staff were very friendly. The price was quite reasonable too. The complimentary mineral water was a nice touch.
