The staff and Christmas atmosphere in the lobby, with Christmas music. Staff very friendly and truly went an extra mile. I enjoyed our stay when I was literally looking forward to have a beer or wine after work while music made you forget you are in a hotel during Advent. I really enjoyed this place. The only thing out of the standard hotel offering was refrigerator - not to use the usual stuff inside but to use it as a cooler.
