Just 500 metres from Neuperlach-Süd S-Bahn Train Station with direct links to the Munich Octoberfest, this former Golden Leaf 3-star hotel offers colourful rooms with satellite TV, traditional Italian... The room was very comfortable, warm and clean. A very quiet area, without traffic and free parking spaces in front of the hotel. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit München.

This was a really nice area. The hotel Beas modern, clean and comfortable. Staff we’re very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and with good choice. The restaurant next door also serves delicious Italian food.

Stayed for Oktoberfest, wasn't too bad for that, there is a S Bahn station about 300m away which gets you into centre of Munich or Oktoberfest location . Quiet area....didn't seem to be many bars or restaurants . The area seems to be more for commercial use, many companies there.
