This architecturally unique hotel features a large wellness area with a fitness room. It provides modern rooms and suites with a view, as well as fine regional and international cuisine. The pillows were by far the best we had in any hotel in Germany! Spectacular night sleep. Would go back just for those, but the sauna with panoramic view completes the awesomeness of this place. On top of the outside pool (which gets a great view of the sunset), there is a gigantic indoor pool (this one unfortunately closes at 19h) and a great indoor wellness part that stays open until late.

Enjoying a peaceful yet central location in Winterberg, just a 10-minute walk from the railway station, this family-run hotel awaits you with comfortable accommodations and free WiFi internet access. The hotel was located in a quiet suburb only a few minutes walk from the restaurants and bars in the town centre. The breakfast was simple but filling. There were beers and soft drinks available from a fridge. The swimming pool was large enough to do some exercise in and to cool down in after a hot day. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and helpful.
