A recently renovated apartment situated in the Bavaro district of Punta Cana, Casa Mulata Paseo del Mar Pool & Playa offers accommodation with with a private beach area, private parking and free WiFi.... Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We will definitely come back here next year and if you are reading this don’t have any doubts and book it!

This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four, heading to the beach for a break from life in Santo Domingo. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.

Featuring sea views, Private room overlooking the beach provides accommodation with a private beach area, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge, around a few steps from Arena Gorda Beach. I really loved the location, and the private bit of beach. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and the bedroom has a Alexa speaker which is a great touch. I thought it represented good value for money, and Caesar was really helpful at directing me from the bus, and actually met me and drove me the last bit. Super kind
