It's conveniently located by the public ferry terminal on the West bank of the Nile. The room was spacious, clean and had three more beds than we required. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control and was heavenly after a sweaty day hiking through the valleys. The view from the rooftop was beautiful! Hassan was helpful and had a sense of humor that was a rare treat in Luxor. It's not a fancy building or anything, but AC and wifi worked fine, so all up it was great value for us. Very conveniently located next to the local ferry. Also the neighborhood is a little more chilled out, with a local street food vibe in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at Gabalawy's guesthouse! The hospitality was outstanding, and Gabalawy went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The location was convenient, and Gabalawy's local recommendations added a special touch to our trip. I highly recommend this guesthouse for anyone looking for a welcoming and charming accommodation.

Located on the West Bank of Luxor it's super easy accessible with the public ferry (only 5 EGP) and in walking distance. The owner is an archaeologist and is happy over any genuine interest in egyptology, so he'll take the time and sit down with you to explain everything you've seen in the tombs and temples. He organised for me a bike rental and also airport transfer, which was all very helpful. He's working hard to maintain the little pond and keep it free from plastic. It's a true gem with beautiful views at sunrise and sunset.

The place was so clean and everything was excellent all the facilities were clean and new, and thanks for the beautiful hostility ♥️ They were so helpful and kind, Big love for the crew in the Hotel and for the people of luxor ♥️ In the end thanks to Mr. Saed and Mohamed for making our staying more Comfortable and easy ♥️

Located directly next to Madinet Habou Temple, Nour El Balad is located in Luxor. Wi-Fi access is available. It offers mud brick houses with cosy and traditional rooms nestled in a palm grove. Calm, quiet, rural-like location at the edge of town. All west bank sites are easily accessible. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Great views from rooftop patio.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens, Al Baeirat Hotel is located on the banks of the Nile. Featuring a swimming pool, a shopping arcade and a 24-hour front desk that offers ironing services. Everything! absolutely everything is great! The peace that you feel is amazing; no noise, not too many people, amazing food and amazing staff. Plus, the Bungalows are lovely. The owner and all the staff are friendly and willing to help, the cleaning staff leaves a lovely towel made animal form on your bed; they offer tours and they have their own boat that takes you to the East Bank. The view is amazing too, we are absolutely happy and satisfied with the place. Thanks a lot!!!

This air-conditioned hotel is in the Theban Necropolis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. One of the best value for money hotels I've ever stayed in. Egypt isn't a careless destination in terms of accessibility, cleanliness and comfort, but in the New Memnon hotel we were in the most friendly atmosphere, experiencing all the best features of the country and protected from it's less pleasant characteristics. Virtually everything was enjoyable - the rooms, the views, the food, the garden, the location, the stuff. Special thanks the hotel owner, Mr. Said, who made our stay there just magical.

Situated in Luxor, 1.1 km from Medinet Habu Temple, Farida Habu Palace Hotel features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. Very friendly people - they made me feel very welcome and were very friendly. The guy who works there woke up early to make sure that I was getting the right taxi for my tours etc. Good amenities and clean room and bathroom - it felt brand new and was very luxurious. As mentioned below - there was a minor problem BUT the property went beyond expectations to resolve it to make sure that I was happy. This property is one of the best i've stayed in Egypt and it should cost much more. Thank you very much for accommodating me
