Everything! The staff is fantastic and truly competent, the food is to die for and the design is so modern.

This innovatively designed hotel is very well located for exploring on foot all the main sights of the city, and is close to the river in the old part of central Bilbao. The hotel was very nice and quiet. They also offered a very nice inexpensive breakfast. The location was perfect in Casco Viejo- close to restaurants, cafes, boutiques and walking distance to train station and Guggenheim museum.
