But it was never enough by itself. There were many other reasons which made the day. -The reception staff was very kind and welcoming. We were expecting a courier to the reception. They have taken the note and placed the package in the room whenever it is received. - The room amenities were high quality and refilled rapidly. Thank you for the fresh water, also for coffee & night chocolates. -Great thanks to the housekeeping! They were really good at what they are doing. Appreciated!🙏🏾 -The breakfast was nicely prepared with fresh & quality ingredients. -The breakfast service team was very welcoming & organized. They were making the breakfast experience smooth in every way. After omlette our service has been changed without even requesting, appreciated🙏🏾 -The building itself was simple and nicely decorated. -The location was good, the airport bus is passing by just few steps away from the hotel. -Last but not least "Thank you for the freshly cooked birthday cake. 🙏🏾"

Located in the Bilbao City Centre district in Bilbao, 300 metres from Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, BYPILLOW Amari features air-conditioned rooms and private parking. Great room, spacious , big comfortable bed, loved that there was 2 chairs, space for clothes and luggage, bathroom had good mirror plus a small mirror to make up and you could take it out of the bathroom if the other person wanted to shower. Free water bottle in the room, biscuits, milk, tea coffe, and in the lounge also free water to refill, mini muffins, coffee machine. Staff was nice, room was ready at 14
