The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Both my room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel's location is ideal, just a short 15-minute walk from the city center and conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, my request for a quiet room was graciously honored, and to my pleasant surprise, the room was ready before noon. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and convenience in a welcoming environment.
