It was really rich including a wide variety to choose from , where both the continental and local Ethiopian gourmet were provided. And boy, every day was a different food heaven. At breakfast we also enjoyed freshly prepered juices to pick up from and some fruits too. And here I would like to mention that the hotel provides supplementary traditional coffee which is presented to the guests in the authentic Ethiopian way.

Everything was great with Sabon Hotel! The hotel itself is very nice, well maintained, clean and cozy. But the staff make this place exceptional. From Selam and Selamawit at the front desk (both so so helpful) to Mebratu and his team in the restaurant (so kind) and Berhanu (I believe that's his name) who works in the lobby helping guests with various needs (also very kind and helpful), the driver who waited over an hour until I got out of the airport (sorry I forgot his name) - everyone went above and beyond and made my return to Addis so smooth and easy. Thanks so much to the team. I loved staying at this hotel and highly recommend it. It was also nice to have a free breakfast buffet, an ATM on site, and close proximity to restaurants. The staff even helped me get some clothes dry cleaned at a dry cleaners nearby. I could go on and on but I'm grateful for everything.
