All staff members were very friendly and professional. What I admired most was the breakfast. Oh yeh. It was really rich including a wide variety to choose from , where both the continental and local Ethiopian gourmet were provided. And boy, every day was a different food heaven. At breakfast we also enjoyed freshly prepered juices to pick up from and some fruits too. And here I would like to mention that the hotel provides supplementary traditional coffee which is presented to the guests in the authentic Ethiopian way.

Situated in the heart of the city, this establishment obviates the need for public transportation, as one can conveniently traverse the vicinity on foot. The hotel staff, exemplifying the epitome of hospitality, extended their warmest welcome from the moment of our arrival at the airport to our departure. In particular, I must commend a gracious lady named Kidest, the esteemed Receptionist, whose countenance radiated warmth and whose assistance was invaluable. It is my firm belief that anyone fortunate enough to experience the hospitality of this hotel will forever cherish the memories forged within its walls.
