We liked absolutely everything about this property. We Were traveling with a baby and our stay was super comfortable. The hotel is renovated, very stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We had a daily room cleaning. Hotel is located in the very center of Bordeaux, in the nicest area. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is top located, right in the center of Bordeaux and next to all possible tram connections which make Bordeaux so easy to visit. We enjoyed a quiet room for three nights, really enjoyed the hospitality of the whole team of the hotel, liked the breakfast, as well as the quietness of our room. We will certainly come back.

From the first moment till the last second of our stay, everything was exceptional. The receptionists were kind, professional and welcoming and helped us with everything in fluent English. The room was amazing with a huge bathroom and all the facilities that you might need. The room service was fantastic and room was cleaned in the best way possible. And of course the Spa was great also, we were lucky that it was just us but they told us that maximum of 4 people can be there.

The location cannot be better - it's literally in the city center close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful, I got an upgraded room which was very clean and had everything I needed. Price/quality wise it's a real bargain. I enjoyed my short stay a lot and would definitely come back.
