Well located in the centre of Marseille, Mercure Marseille Canebière Vieux-Port provides air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We absolutely loved our stay here. Professional and attentive staff. Great location. Comfortable bed and nice sized rooms. Ask for a room on a higher floor if possible, as Marseille is a bit rowdy. They have security guards by the door at night, mainly because the hotel is on a busy street.

Featuring a cocktail bar, garden and a fitness centre on the 6th floor, NH Collection Marseille is located in the new business and leisure district of Marseille, La Joliette. Attractive, clean and upmarket property. Surrounding area felt safe for a solo traveler. Beds were comfortable and I liked the variety of pillows. Shower was great with different water jet settings and quality soaps. Towels and robes were soft and luxurious. Mini fridge a bonus. Room was very quiet with black out shades, and window opens for fresh air. Highly recommend.

InterContinental Marseille - Hotel Dieu is set in a superb 18th century building in the historic quarter of Marseille, 350 metres from the Old Port. WiFi access is available. Stayed in the Prestige Suite. It was spectacular...what a view! Great service and amazing location. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Marseille!

Located in the centre of Marseille, Hôtel Marsiho by HappyCulture - ex Best Western Marseille offers 51 rooms with modern décor and free WiFi. First place I've ever stayed that had a hand written note in my room welcoming me. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The complimentary bottle of beer was very welcome after a day of traveling. The room was nice and very central.

Overlooking the Old Port, Maisons du Monde Hôtel & Suites - Marseille Vieux Port is located in the heart of Marseille. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The employees were very kind to us and helped with all we needed. My husband didn't feel so good and they did their best to assist us.

Located on Marseille Vieux Port, Hotel Belle-Vue Vieux-Port is an eco-friendly hotel offering views of the Notre-Dame de la Garde, Saint Jean Fort and Pharo Garden. Perfect location, magnificent view, good breakfast, very helpful and nice staff and next to many spots to visit. Concerts at night twice a week in the restaurant. Couldn’t be better.
