From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, sicuramente ristrutturato di recente. I letti e il divano sono comodi , la cucina ha tutto ciò che serve ed è molto silenzioso nonostante l'affaccio su una specie di tangenziale e ferrovia. L'appartamento è ben posizionato infatti è vicino alla spiaggia e sotto casa vi è la fermata del tram per andare in centro, inoltre vicino c'è un supermercato e panettiere.

Vista mare molto bella. Situato all'ultimo piano con ascensore di un bel condominio. Appartamento molto silenzioso. Terrazzi vivibili ed arredati (con poltrone, tavolo e sedie). Cucina ben attrezzata, era presente tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno. E' presente un minimarket nelle vicinanze (l'unico negozio) che però ha prezzi altissimi per lo standard italiano.

Cosy studio à 2 pas de la plage is recently renovated and includes a living room with a TV. Featuring a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. It was very cozy and nice and very close to the beach and public transport. We even rented a car and we found a parking in the area without struggling.
