Located 328 feet from the beach and 262 feet from Promenade des Anglais, ibis budget Nice Californie Lenval offers a 24-hour reception and air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV. I liked that it was a quiet room, very well lit, clean. I was traveling solo. For me the space was good. I had a single bed for 2 people also an additional bed in a closet. Internet was ok. They had some hangers. For a solo traveler ok. Overall, a good price for what you get. Promenade 3 min away.

Just 262 feet from the Promenade des Anglais, Locarno is a 20-minute walk from the center of Nice’s historic quarter. It offers 24-hour reception with free WiFi available throughout. Great location, have stayed before and will stay again. Hotel is also dog friendly and the wonderful staff even put out water and dog food for our little sausage dog. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Located on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Villa Eden is a hotel offering views of the Mediterranean Sea, 1.4 mi from Nice's Old Town and Massena Square and 2.2 mi from Phenix Park. Staff were super nice! Great value for money and right across from the beach. They held our bags at the end of our stay fit no extra cost which was really kind. Room has everything you need - wifi, air con etc.

Sea view - Promenade des Anglais is located in Nice, just 1.1 miles from Russian Orthodox Cathedral and 1.8 miles from Nice-Ville Train Station. The property was in a very good locations, perfect sea views. The unit was very clean and modern, very tastefully decorated, and everything we needed for our stay. Amazing balcony to view the spectacular Nice sunrises Susana was extremely helpful and a wonderful person, thanks again, Susana!

Set within the Les Baumettes district in Nice, Nice Lenval Seaview Free Parking has air conditioning, a terrace, and sea views. It was the best choise, we made. Everything was so close. The beach, the bakery, the pharmacy, the shops, the tram/bus, hospital but luckily we dont need that. And you have a free parking space in the parking lot about 50m from you. That was priceless. In Nice the parking spaces and just only moving with cars, its terribble. And at the end, i need to say some word about Mr. Tran, he is a very friendly, very helpful, very profound/ accurate man. At his apartment, we had everything, when i say everything, i mean everything. For example : Water in the fridge, salt, olive oils, cooking dishes, wasching machine, hair dryer, bread baker, water boiler (hot water maker for tea) coffe things, bed sheets, etc. A lot of useful things. The Winnie the Pooh book was a big favorite at our child Oh child bed, child seat for eating. So, i can say 1000 more words. But the bottom lines, its very very RECOMMENDED, when you want to stay in Nice. Thanks!
